Semi Private Class
Our semi-private classes accommodate up to 3 dogs and their owners, providing a controlled and safe environment for training and socialization. Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all training services provided by Metro Dog Training LLC (“Trainer”) to the client (“Client”) and their dog. By enrolling in a program, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments: All payments are due at time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds: Refunds are not available after 24 hours of purchase.
No Refunds for Circumstances: No refunds will be granted due to Client’s personal circumstances (moving, schedule conflicts, rehoming, change of mind, etc.).
2. Rescheduling & Attendance
Class Attendance: It is the Client’s responsibility to attend scheduled lessons. Missed lessons are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
Group Classes: Classes are held at fixed times; missed group sessions cannot be credited or rescheduled.
Private / Semi-Private Lessons: At least 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited lesson.
3. Training Programs
Expiration Windows:
Essentials: must be completed within 3 months of purchase. Mastery: must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Elite: must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Board & Train Programs: follow the schedule agreed upon at booking.
Non-Transferable: Programs are valid only for the enrolled dog and cannot be transferred to another dog or person.
No Extensions: Extensions will not be granted for unused lessons after expiration.
4. Client Responsibilities
Handler Participation: Success depends on Client practicing homework consistently outside of lessons.
Health & Safety: Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious illness. Trainer reserves the right to deny participation if health or safety concerns arise.
Leash & Collar Use: Clients must follow Trainer’s leash, collar, and handling guidelines during training and at home.
5. Risks & Liability
Acknowledgment of Risk: Client understands that participation in dog training may involve risk of injury to themselves, their dog, or third parties.
Liability Waiver: Client releases and holds harmless Metro Dog Training LLC, its trainers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or expenses resulting from participation in training.
Property Damage: Client is responsible for any damage caused by their dog to facilities, property, or other dogs.
6. Media Release
By participating in training, Client grants Metro Dog Training permission to use photos and videos of their dog for educational, training, and promotional purposes.
7. Agreement
By purchasing or attending any program, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
